The Firm & Its Founder
Mr. Ahmad Abdulla Ahli is an Emirati senior advocate, former Judge of the UAE Court of Cassation (2016–2022), and founder of Ahmad Abdulla Ahli Advocates & Legal Consultants. He spent more than 24 years in the UAE judiciary, including as Chairman of the Real Estate Court and Chairman of the Labour Court in Dubai.
The Court of Cassation is the highest court in the UAE federal judicial system. It hears final appeals on points of law from lower courts, and its decisions establish binding legal precedent. Serving as a Cassation Judge represents the pinnacle of judicial achievement in the UAE.

Fees depend on case complexity, duration and forum. We use fixed fees for defined services (e.g. contract drafting), hourly rates for advisory work, and hybrid or success-based arrangements for litigation where appropriate. A transparent fee proposal is always provided before any engagement.
Yes. The firm operates fully in both Arabic and English. All legal documents, pleadings, correspondence and consultations can be delivered in either language.
